- The objective of this research is to appraise of the feasibility of investment specially in financial aspect of oil palm plantation project feasibility . For determining the feasibility of the project used indicator the number of PBP, NPV, IRR and Sensitivitas Analysis. One project is classified as �feasible� from financial aspect if the expected rate of return by investor which is shown by the number of IRR is bigger than the cost of capital. Hereby, the number of the cost of capital. Here is the magnitude of capital costs of 11,06%. By the projection of project cash flow with using the assumption, PBP obtained during 10 years 2 months with NPV Rp. 152,037 million and IRR of 19,89%. IRR is greater than the cost of capital. Sensitivity analysis is performed using a variable change in 10% of the revenue and cost more than 1 is obtained NPV and IRR is still above the cost of capital. Thus, it was concluded that the project financially oil palm plantations PT. Sepanjang Inti Surya Utama is �Feasible�.
