  • This study aims to evaluate and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on teachers performance and the effect of achievement motivation on teachers performance. Model of teachers performance used referred to a model item developed by Mary (2010), transformational leadership refers to the dimensions used by Bass and Avolio (1995) which was improved further by Ancok (2012) and the dimensions of achievement motivation refers to the dimensions developed by Kuo (2006). Primary data collection aimed to get answers to the research questions was conducted using questionnaires. The sampling method used is census technique, which all teachers of public Junior High School (SMP) in Pagerwojo, Tulungagung, who are civil servants (PNS) and Part Time Teachers (GTT). Analysis for the data was made using SPSS 18 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the aim of answering the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation variables on teacher performance variable.
