- This research explores the strategic decisions made by PT XYZ relating to allotment of the company's production unit. This research aims to examine what are the main indicators that influence the decision-making and how big the influence. The analysis model used in this research is the analysis of the risk (risk analysis), which covers the risk of quality, cost risks, safety risks and the risk of environmental pollution. In each of the conditions proposed, the risks of its impact evaluated and compared to each other condition to see which one has the smallest risk.. The results showed an association between the main indicators being analyzed and the proposed conditions. For the future condition, which is the strategic decision of PT XYZ, it was found that almost all the leading indicators have a positive impact. However, there is one major indicator influential enough to make the management of PT XYZ had to postpone his decision until the time where the conditions will be better for the implementation of their strategic decisions.
