  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether self-efficacy has positive effect on teachersâ�� innovative work behaviour and whether trust toward leader has positive effect on the teachersâ�� innovative work behaviour of teachers). This study uses the theory of Phillip and Gully (1997) to consider the positive effect of self-efficacy on teachersâ�� innovative work behaviour, as well as the theory of Mayer and Davis (1995) to consider the positive effect of trust toward leader on teachers innovative work behaviour.To measure self-efficacy, this study used an instrument developed by Bandura (1997).To measure trust toward leader, this study used an instrument developed by Mayer and Davis (1999). Instrument testing was done by using the validity testing corrected item-total correlation, and reliability testing Cronbachâ��s Alpha. The study sample was 52 respondents. This study used multiple regression statistical analysis tools to test the hypothesis. These results of this study support the hypothesis that self-efficacy and trust toward leader have positive effect on teachersâ�� innovative work behaviour.
