- This study aims to analyze the positive effect of transformational leadership on trust on leadership, positive influence of trust on the leadership of the affective commitment, and the positive influence of transformational leadership on affective commitment, and trust in the teacher leadership as mediation between leadership transformational and affective commitment. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul with sample being SMK Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul of 44 people. Mediation analysis was conducted with multilevel regression analysis (Hierarchical Regression Analysis) by Baron and Kenny. The results showed that (1) transformational leadership has a positive effect on trust in the teacher leadership and, (2) trust in the teacher leadership has a positive effect on affective commitment, (3) transformational leadership has a positive influence on affective commitment, (4) trust to teachers has partial mediation between transformational leadership and affective commitment.
