- The objective of this research is to examine the influential factors of the operational audit score of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. This research is intended to see if the factors of e-filing, payment point, reconciliation and systems correction affect the operational audit score of the Company. The data used in this research is the scores from 97 branches consist of the operational audit, e-filing, payment point, reconciliation and systems correction. The data analysis method utilized is the quantitative analysis using the classic assumption test, t test, F test, determination coefficient and multiple regression analysis. By using the multiple regression analysis method, it shows that the variables of e-filing, payment point, reconciliation and systems correction have positive and significant impact to the operational audit score of the Company. The resulting determination coefficient is 0.884
