  • PT PLN (Persero), a state-owned enterprise, which is engaged in the field of electrification, to always have a competitive advantage, especially in the face of the global market. Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company can be reached through the utilization of human resources (HR) HR is a factor that causes the greatest role in this regard. In other words, employees in the company's human resources as a source of competitive advantage for a company that is expected to optimal for the company. Human resource is the most decisive in achieving the desired goals of the company. Problems of this company is high and low employee performance, for an effort to improve employee performance, the factors thought to the problems of leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline has an influence on employee performance. Sample size determination is done by using the formula of Slovin, ie 91 employees. Variables in this study consists of a dependent variable and independent variables. The independent variable is the leadership style (X1), organizational culture (X2), working Discipline (X3) and the dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y). The results showed that the most dominant independent variables affect the performance of the employee is working discipline variable (X3). It can be seen from Value Value R2 (R Square) from 4:28 table which shows that 93.9% of the variance \"labor discipline\" can be explained by changes in employee performance variables. The second most influential factor is the organizational culture variables (X2). It can be seen from the value R2 (R Square) from 4:25 table which shows that 92.6% of the variance \"organizational culture\" can be explained by changes in employee performance variables. The third most influential factor is the leadership style (X1). It can be seen from the value R2 (R Square) from 4:22 table which shows that 92.5% of the variance \"leadership style\" can be explained by changes in behavioral variables of innovation. Based on the analysis of data and discussion of research, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence on leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance headquarters of PT PLN (Persero). In addition, the data analysis also showed that either jointly or individually leadership style, organizational culture and work dicipline have an influence on employee performance headquarters of PT PLN (Persero).
