  • Now a days, with the rapid growth of population and the development of the banking industry it increases the competition among companies, especially in the consumer credit. The main excuse for this is because the nature of being consumptive especially for indonesian people, as well as secondary and primary needs will never be separated from society. This research titled Analysis Competitive Strategy Home Loan Business Bank BCA Dealing In Competition aims to identify and evaluate whether the strategy adopted BCA as the best bank in the distribution of mortgage loans, able to survive and compete in the banking industry by identifying strengths, weaknesses, threats as well as opportunities to be exploited to achieve the set targets. Data collection for this research was carried out through a study of the BCA. The method of data analysis was descriptive analysis method with qualitative data analysis using five approaches: PEST, Porter's Five Forces, Driving Forces, SWOT and Key Success Factors (KSF). The results of the data analysis was formulated in the SWOT matrix to identify opportunities that can be achieved, overcoming the threat to be faced, strengthen and protect the company's internal strengths and improve weaknesses in order to compete and excel with similar competitors. From the results of the study show that aspects opportunities and Strengths more powerful than the aspects of threats and weaknesses BCA. This is due to the BCA are well known and well accepted in the public eye with a swift service, interesting, enthusiastic, friendly and conscientious, accompanied by a simple requirement, has a technological advantage, interest rates and fees are competitive, extensive network management, management and good human resources. The weaknesses that should be improved is the speed of the loan that has not been stable and consistent image mortgage products rated public limited only to the upper middle class. While opportunities for BCA is the high market demand for mortgage products due to economic and population growth and lack of insufficient national housing needs annually and the company's technological excellence in providing services to customers. An aspects threat to watch out for is the level of competition between similar companies, especially in an increasingly competitive mortgage product.
