  • This research aims to: (1) analyse the value added of agroindustry of tapioca flour, noodles, crackers, and nata de cassava in Srihardono Village, (2) analyse the factors that affect the value-added processing of tapioca flour and the factors that affect the value-added processing of noodles, (3) determine constraints in processed cassava. There were 55 producers were chosen as sample respondents out of 102 producers in this research such as: 32 producers of tapioca flour, 12 producers of noodles, 8 producers of crackers, and 3 producers of nata de cassava. Model of Hayami was applied in calculation of value added of cassava and multiple linear regression model was applied to determine factors influencing processing of cassava.
