- In the world competition industry, companies are required to produce quickly and efficiently in order to achieve the the production of target. Either taken to increase the the production of is to transform manual processes into automated processes. On the other hand the application of automation can also reduce accidents caused by human error and unsafe condition. Either automated system is often used in insdustri PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). To complete this task, there are several methods that have been carried, among others, to collect data related to this task, and modification of the terminal block to the terminal block quick release plug on MAP 203 SMC Training Unit. Terminal Block Modified SMC MAP Training Unit carried 203 successful it can be proven from the operation of the unit training program at SMC MAP 203 and managed to simplify wiring on the Terminal Block Quick Release Plug.
