- The research was conducted to (1) to know the proportion of raskin consumption on rice consumption in raskin recipient�s household in Sokaraja Subdistrict on Banyumas District, (2) to know the level of raskin recipient�s poverty / raskin target accurarry in Sokaraja Subdistrict on Banyumas District, (3) to know the level of raskin recipient�s household food security in Sokaraja Subdistrict on Banyumas District, (4) to know the factors that influence the level of raskin recipient�s household food security in Sokaraja Subdistrict on Banyumas District. The study was used with descriptive method using primary data based on interview with a structured questionnaire. Respondents from raskin recipient�s household were selected using random sampling methods, 30 respondents in Karangnanas village as village has a number RTS-PM raskin most in Sokaraja Subdistrict on Banyumas District. First hypotheses used the poverty level by Sayogyo and BPS criteria, second hypotheses tasted with cross-classification table Jonsson and Toole, and the last hypotheses tasted with binary logistic regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the proportion average of raskin consumption on rice consumption was at 15,74 percent. Raskin recipient�s household are above the property line by Sayogyo and BPS criteria. The level of raskin recipient�s household food security is vulnerable food. The factors that influence the level of raskin recipient�s household food security is non-food expenditure, and the price of coffee.
