  • This study aims to determine Lethal dose (LD50) of Newcastle Disease virus in broiler. Cases of Newcastle disease (ND) often occur in broiler farmhouses even though vaccination has been given routinely. Therefore ND vaccine has always been considered to be challenged before using in farmhouses. Forty five unvaccinated broilers are being taken care of since 17th days age then divided into 9 groups
