- Carbon monoxide gas is a very dangerous gas, according BAPEDAL (Badan Pengendalian Dampak Lingkungan) in air pollution standard index number : KEP- 107/BAPEDAL/11/1997 divided into 5(five) categories, Good category, Medium category,unfair category, dangerous category monoxide. To find carbon monoxide can not be directly detected because it is colorless and has no smell. So it is difficult to detect. To help determine the existence of carbon monoxide gas on this thesis made carbon monoxide gas detector with ISD25120 sound output indicator. Using TGS 2600 sensor and processed by mikrokontroler displayed on LCD, and sound output ISD25120 as indicator to inform levels of carbon monoxide gas. Carbon monoxide gas detector with ISD25120 sound output indicator can help determine carbon monoxide gas.
