  • This study aims to examine andanalyze the effect arising from the work family conflict on employee stress customer service, with social support from superiors, peers, and spouses as a moderating variable. The research was conducted by distributing a questionnaireto the respondent to obtain results on the relationship between variables in the study. This study uses 60 respondents PT Telkomsel (branch offices Jogja and Jember). Authors used moderated regression analysis to test this hypothesis, the effect of work family conflict onjob stress and social support as a moderation impact on the relationship between work family conflict on the job stress. Results from this study is the influence of family work conflict turns out to have a significant positive effect on job stress experienced customer service employees. Moderation impact of social support from superiors not been shown to moderate the effect of work family conflict on job stress. While the moderation impact derived from co-workers and friends proved to be moderating influence of family work conflict on job stress experienced customer service employees. Social support is not always going to give the effect that can reduce the stress of work. Social support sometimes can be a boomerang effect, itâ��s mean that social support is not going to reduce the pressure, but strengthen the existing pressure.
