- Mangunan is one of growing agrotourism in the district of Bantul. Basically, Mangunan had many criterias to supported the implementation of Product-Service Package sustainability agrotourism included product, service, and the others . Product-Service Package is a correlation between the products and services offered simultaneously. In the implementation of Product-Service Package must considered the inter-dimensional elements of both products and services. This research was planned to agrotourism development using Quality Function Deployment method. Data were collected from questionnaire and observation. This research used random and purposive sampling. And then, the result will be analyzed to get a technical requirements. The result is House of Quality which showed a technical requirements to improve a service-quality of Mangunan. Based on HOQ, an technical requirements are Assigning a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), adding Customer Service facility, and build an gazebo.
