- Vehicle accident on the highway become very common, especially when the current flows back and forth and back widths. Because riders are often accelerate the vehicle to drive it fast and how much harm it is the manager gives the text which contains an appeal if motorists endanger the safety of the people in order to contact the manager. In the form of sms complaints were usually hand phone number that can be contacted in writing at the rear of the vehicle. Due to the existing complaint system yet sms automatically on the basis of the author tries to make the final project in the form of sms complaint information delivery systems automatically based on vehicle speed. The system will automatically send sms when reading speed is above the permitted speed.
