- This graduating paper describes the role and strategy of sales and marketing departments in particular Orange Hotel & Villa ` s Solo. The author chose this title because at the present time hotel was one of the important accommodation in tourism world . And the sales and marketing department is one of the growed key for hotel . In the research process the author choose the method which the authors conducted a study observations directly at the hotel as a secretary . With this method the authors attempt explain in detail , precisely and clearly about sales marketing Department at Orange Hotel Solo. So that both the content and the language can be accepted and understood by the reader . So we can conclude Orange Hotel & Villa 's Solo Sales And Marketing is a department that is responsible for marketing strategy and target occupancy rate ( Occupancy ) hotel . Sales And Marketing Officers should work all the time to maximize the potential of occupancy Orange Hotel & Villa 's Solo, while protecting the entire hotel business activity
