  • This study aimed to examine the effect of job attachment dimensions on employee turnover intention in PT Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya . Variables studied in this research is divided into two variables , namely independent variable and dependent variable. The independent variables consisted of Links-Organization Fit-Organization, and Sacrifice- Organization. Dependent variable is employee turnover intention. The samples in this study were all full-time employees at all levels of PT Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya . Data were collected using a questionnaire. Analysis tools which used in this study is multiple regression with using SPSS software. Based on multiple regression analysis shows influence attachment dimensions work consisting of Links-Organization, Fit- Organization, and Sacrifice-Organization of employee turnover intentions shown that coefficient determination value (Adjusted RĂ‚2) is 51,1%. Research result showed that there is significant, negative influence between variable Link-Organization, Fit-Organization, and Sacrifice-Organization of intention out employees.
