  • Performance measurement is a process of assessment work progress against objectives and predetermined advice , including information on the efficiency of resource use in producing goods and services , the quality of goods and services , the results of activities compared with the intended meaning , and the effectiveness of actions to achieve goals. Performance plays an important role in achieving the implementation of an activity within the company by employees to realize the goals , objectives , mission and vision of the company . One of the factors that determine the performance of the company's commitment to employees in the company. This study aims to determine the level of commitment ( affective , continuance , normative ) , to determine the level of employee performance as well as to test the effect of commitment ( affective , continuance , normative ) . Due to the relatively small population size , the sampling method used in this research study population . Where affective and normative commitment has a positive and significant relationship with employee performance , while continuants commitment have significantly negative relationship to employee performance
