- Induction motor is a kind of electrical machines wich are widely used in industry. In industry, Induction motor is applied as one of the driving tool which is used to support the production or power generation, so that maximum care is needed to maintain the efficiency of induction motors. One factor that may affect the efficiency of induction motor is the damage of winding insulation or the motor winding. In this internship the writer was doing final project study about 3-phase motor induction with 600 KW power output, 2300 V at voltage and a frequency of 60 Hz, where the point of damaged in the stator. Steps of motor induction reparation are done by stator restacking and rewinding process. This process included core iron restacking, loop test, replacing the burned. In the process of reparation there are many measurements by using a Electrical Apparatus Servise Association (EASA) standard.
