- This study aimed to determine (a) the relationship between the Office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Yogyakarta with Narcotics Penitentiary Class IIA Yogyakarta on the implementation of the Conditional leave the correctional system. In the process of implementation of the Conditional granting leave to go through some procedures and phases of UPT to be submitted to the Regional Office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Division of Corrections Yogyakarta Special Region. (b) The purpose of the leave is conditional is providing an opportunity for them to improve themselves outside of prison within a certain period of time the trial period (c) Implementation of training inmates in the Special Region of Yogyakarta has been going well , it can be seen from the implementation of coaching which are in accordance with the penal goals. Implementation of Conditional Cuti was referring to the applicable regulations, the indicator is through coaching and mentoring phases associated with the granting of integration will be undertaken in the Narcotics Penitentiary Class IIA Yogyakarta .�
