  • This graduating paper aims to discuss the profile of Pagerjurang Pottery Industry especially profile of Suharnoâ��s Home Industry and Surantoâ��s Home Industry. Furthermore, this graduating paper describes and explains of production process, various products that they make, and its marketing strategies to attract the customers. The methods of collecting data are library research and field study. In the library research, the writer studies several books and articles from the internet which are related to the objects of the research. For field study, the writer interviews the owners of Suharnoâ��s Home Industry and Surantoâ��s Home Industry. In conclusion, Suharnoâ��s Home Industry creates innovative pottery product with batik motif, for example vase, table, chair, etc. In Surantoâ��s Home Industry still maintain shapes of Pagerjurang pottery with brownish black naturally and produced with angled technique using perbot miring, for instance cobek, plate, pan, periuk, and so on. In marketing strategies, both of them have the same ways with conventional ways.
