- This thesis entitled \"Fairytaled ruler ofthe nine headed giant�, Psychoanalysis Sigmund Freud. The purpose of this study to revealthe character of the young man, revealed the character of the young man's psyche, and expresses the values depicted in the figure of the young man. In this tale also many emerging character, characters, and values are reflected in the character of youth leaders. Structural analysis aims to uncover and describe as precisely as possible the relationship and entanglement all the elements and aspects of literature. In this research study focused on the main character. Psychoanalysis is used to reveal aspects of identity, ego, and super ego are used to describe the personality of the main character and the dynamics between the three aspects: id, ego, and superego. The dynamics between id, ego, and super ego are also the subject of this study. This study was also conducted to analyze the dreams experienced by the youth leader that describe how the dreams and the meaning of these dreams. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the main figure is tenacious person and have the leadership, the heroism, the politeness and the exemplary. Persistence of the young man in rescuing the princess are should be the example, that nothing is impossible if there is hard work and desire
