Daftar Isi:
- Avian Influenza (AI) refers to disease caused by avian (bird) influenza (flu) type A viruses infection. Ongoing circulation of Avian Influenza viruses in poultry, especially when endemic, continues to pose threats to public health, as these viruses have potential to cause serious disease in people and may have the potential to change into a form that is more transmissible among humans. A mathematical models of the spread of bird flu virus introduced to understand more complexity epidemiology of Avian Influenza and the emergence of Avian Influenza pandemic. In this research, we investigate a model of the spread of AI virus in birds population and the spread of AI and the mutation in human population with SI-SIIRS model. From the model we can get endemic equilibrium point which is refers the occurance of endemic of the population and non-endemic equilibrium point which is refers the non-occurance of endemic of the population. From the equilibrium point, we can investigate about its characteristic of stability.
