- The rise of culinary entrepreneurs who do business with the expansion franchise method , making the Special Sambal Waroeng \" SS \" interested . In addition to that offered interested in the concept of franchise method itself, the existence of the relation bid to become partners also took part in the realization of these intentions . This study uses a qualitative analysis using an interview guide . The data used in this study is that the data derived from primary data obtained from fieldwork and secondary data from the literature and legislation . In this study using data derived from sample management Waroeng Special Sambal \" SS \" Yogyakarta . From the research conducted it was found that the need for efficiency and effectiveness in performing any activities encourage Waroeng Special Sambal \" SS \" using the standard franchise agreement . In addition to the substance of the agreement that there are many loopholes to be the cause of an agreement made to the detriment of Waroeng Special Sambal \" SS \" .
