- There is a safety system to detect the presence of masinis in cabin, called deadman. This tool requires the driver to step on or press and release periodicaly in a time that has been set. Analysis results on the pitch function is less effective tool to avoid accidents, and can make a tired driver performance. Therefor semi-automatic mechanism deadman step on is designed to replace the masinis tasks thus reducing the rate of masinis fatigueness. A system that stops the train in an emergency is called emergency system, this system should only be run when the situation is truly emergency. This system is controlled by the emergency switches which are placed in the right and left drivers desk, so that the buttons are easy to reach during an emergency. The second system is supplied from the System Power Source 24 VDC and is enabled by the System Cabin Selection.
