- This study aims to increase the level Teacher�s sense of efficacy through �Teacher Effectiveness Training� program that adopted from Teacher Effectiveness Training book by Thomas Gordon (1974). Participants is composed of 34 teachers (experiment group = 18, control group= 16 teachers) from high school in Sragen. The design of the experiment used in this study was the untreated control group designs with pre-test and post-test. Collecting data used the Teacher�s Sense of Efficacy Scale.
