- The research regarding The Work Relationship between Village Government with Village Consultative Body (Vcb/Bpd) Based on The Legislation That Applied, in Bantul Regency is normative legal research by using the sociological juridical approach. As for the problem statements of the research are (1) How the work relationship between village government with Village Consultative Body (BPD) according to the legislation that applied, (2) How the relationship does working in the reality, (3) What are the steps that can be take to create good work relationship. The location of research was conducting in Bantul Regency by qualitative descriptive analysis. The qualitative descriptive analysis is method of data analysis by making group and selecting research data, in accordance with the quality and the truth, and then it correlated with the legislation and the the ories of literature study, so that obtained the answer of the problems in this research. The result of research can be concluded that the implementation of village government is very determined by how does the work relationship practice that the aim of the work relationship is to create well services for society in all aspects so that achieve the suitability between the contain of legislation and the willingness of society. As the development of democracy occurred in the village, there are also excesses happened such as widespread of the political activity, lack of legal enforcement, lack of coordination and lack of synergy in the program implementation, lack of consistency between the implementation of supervision program, and the inconsistent of the existent of the organization structure.
