- The one of urban residence problems is the increasing of house hold liquid waste until needful volume and dissemination this liquid waste. The purposes of this research are (1) to determine the accuracy of Quickbird Satellite Image interpretation in acquiring parameters of estimating house hold daily liquid waste volume, (2) to estimate house hold daily liquid waste volume in Sub District Magelang Utara, Magelang City. The methods of data capture were Quickbird Image interpretation, field surveys and secondary data. Quickbird Image interpretation were used to obtain landuse variables, resident pattern, house size, house density and total house. Field surveys were used to obtain some variables such as domestic water using pattern and secondary data was used to collect domestic requirement water total from PDAM. Resident environment units were formed by resident pattern, house size, and house density. Estimate of house hold daily liquid waste volume was obtained by multiply house total with house hold liquid waste volume/house. The results from this research shows that Quickbird Satellite Image interpretation has accuracy 92,3% for landuse variables, 90% for house size and 98,2% for total house. House hold daily liquid waste volume in Kecamatan North Magelang, Kota Magelang based on Quickbird Satellite Image interpretation resulted in 5.158.492,47 liters and resident environment unit F2 (special resident pattern , big house size, low house density) has majority average house hold daily liquid waste that is 1.438,89 liters/house. Kelurahan Kramat Selatan produce majority house hold daily liquid waste resulted in 1.292.452,48 liters.
