- This research aims to know the conformity technology transfer contract on The Project of Integrated Water Resources Management in Underground River in Yogyakarta Special Region with Trade Related on Intellectual Properties Rights Agreement and Law Instrument Republic of Indonesia. This research also purposes to know about the balances on rights and obligations of Parties inside The Project of Integrated Water Resources Management in Underground River in Yogyakarta Special Region. This research has normative and empiric characteristic with based on primary data and secondary data as data sources. Field research conducted to supporting literature research. The data were analyzed on qualitatively. The result analysis served in descriptive. The result of this research showed that the project of Integrated Water Resources Management in Underground River in Yogyakarta Special Region has been appropriate with Trade Related on Intellectual Properties Rights Agreement and Law Instrument Republic of Indonesia. Technology Transfer Contract on The Project of Integrated Water Resources Management in Underground River has reflected balancing principle on rights and obligations to Parties. This balancing principle influenced by two factors that are the objective reliance and the equilibrium of Parties
