  • The purpose of this studi to examine the effect of learning orientation and leader heuristics transfer to employee creativity and examined their effects on employee creativity through employee creative self-efficacy. The research was conducted on employees in operational and maintenance department in telecommunication industry in Indonesia. Questionnare were distributed 194, but only 132 questionnare that can be used in this study. The analytical method used are multiple regression and hierarchical regression. Multiple regression was used to examined the influence of learning orientation and leader heuristics transfer on employee creativity. Hierarchical regression was used to examine creative self-efficacy mediates the effect of employee learning orientation and leader heuristics transfer on employee creativity. The results show that leader heuristics transfer positively and significantly related to employee creativity, while learning orientation has no effect on employee creativity. In addition, self-efficacy did not mediate the effect of creative learning orientation and transfer employees heuristic leader on employee creativity.
