  • The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the dismissal of the notary with the disrespect associated with article 13 number 30 year 2004 Of Notary Offices and Juridical review of dismissal of the notary with disrespect for committing a criminal offence under the provisions of article 13 Number 30 year 2004 specialized Notary Office About criminal threats against the 5 (five) years or older and have got a court decision which has acquired the force of law. This research is a normative juridical, ie research that promotes secondary and primary data, primary data is used to refine the analysis. Primary data were obtained by interviewing informants Indonesian Notary Board Bantul, Bantul Region Supervisory Council Member, Council Member DIY Regional Supervisor, Official of the Law of Justice and Human Rights DIY. Based on the survey results revealed that the rule of article 13 number 30 year 2004 concerning the office of notary public have not a good mechanism so the implementation of Dismissal with disrespect Notary contained in the provisions of Article 13 of Law 30 Notary Notary year 2004 concerning the office of notary public can not be done. That the provision contained in Article 13 which states that Article 13 implies that as the notary public officials have significant responsibility for running the office, so in demand to be cautious in relating well behaved in carrying out his duties and conduct unrelated in running the office. Besides, Article 13 UUJN also requires a notary to maintain the dignity of the confidence of the public officials. Thus the moral and professional ethics office should be cherished as it should.
