- Music is part of the media who suffer the most from the development of information and communication technology (ICT). Piracy and the declining of music recording industry profitability, due to the development of information and communication technologies have an impact on the recorded music management. As a result, record label adopting innovation trends such as the peer-to-peer file sharing sites, ring back tones, full track downloads, streaming music services, and social media sites. Record label company continues to adopt these forms of recorded music innovation to adapt to the environment industry. This study aims to identify the management steps to be able to survive the ICT developments that move dynamically on the recorded music industry in Indonesia. Furthermore, recorded music management at Trinity Optima Production has changed due to the technological developments, especially in the planning steps, in which there is a strategic planning steps. ICT developments also affect the organizing step, in which the company was restructured and outsourcing the human resources. Moreover, influencing, the third step of management, affected only minor, and last step of management, controlling, are not affected by anything. Not only that, the development of ICTs also have an impact on the resources of recorded music company which are the message of resources, in this case means a song or music, financial resources, human resources and physical resources of assets (or technology).
