- Gadjah This research aimed to identify the risks contained in the procurement of goods/services at Universitas Mada, the evaluation result risk register procurement goods/service system at UGM, identifying kind of risk potentially happen and force alerted on the procurement of goods/services by Universitas Gadjah Mada management, submit an input of procurement of goods/service�s development system at Universitas Gadjah Mada to reduce risks in the future. Based on BPK and KAI UGM�s audit results, there are still problems on procurement of goods/services at UGM. This research assesses the risks of procurement of goods/services system at UGM applying the risk management evaluation/ the risk assessment process including FGD with 7 employees of KAI UGM and in-depth interview with 4 middle management of procurement section. The evaluation result risk register procurement goods/service system at UGM and show that the potential risk of procurement goods/service system at UGM included in the medium up to high category. University management is able to deal with these risks by reducing likelihood and reducing the impact.
