- Wijirejo Pandak Bantul is area that most of it is farming field, but it is become Batik industrial center. In the beginning, farming was become major livelihood activity. As time past, people become Batik worker. But, the social bounding in farming community still been used whereas the poor farming always rely on the generosity from the have farmer to assist and protect them. They will repaid by become worker. Their live was changed, when farming being commercializes. The changing of time put them on miserable condition. The only way to surviving on their community, by put their fate forever to them who hired them as a worker on the relation of Patron Client. The research objective is to understanding the meaning behind Patron Client relation in work and giving incentive in work. The problem was seen by qualitative research approach, by using Scott Theory (1976) that described Patron Client. In Patron Client it self was equally used for many purpose to forming social insurance. The data collecting have been done by observation, interview, documentation, and books, papers and thesis references. Informants were purposive taken
