- Retired is one of the cycle of life that will be faced by everyone in the working world. Before heading the retired time, in the middle of the process, someone will get the reliability in their career, having the status, and also the money source that obvious. But when someone is already heading the retired time, they will left what they had before. This condition will cause the worry (Kim & Moen, 2001). But in which level the worry will appear would be based on the psychology factors in each individual (Kim & Moen, 2001). The retired planing is one of the factors that could affect the worry level. The retired planing considered could affect the worry level because planing could help controling the condirion on the retired time. From now on, when someone are already in their retired time, they will become more religiuos then before. By the research of Lowis, Edwards, dan Burton. (2009) it shows that religion is one of the coping that used by individual on their old age or their retired time. Positive affect and the negative affect is the emotional reaction of different individual when they act on one condition that also could affect their retired worry. The purpose of this research is to observe the impact of retired planning, religiousity, positive affect, negative affect through the retired�s worry on the PT.Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) III employee, at Medan. The number of the specimen on this research is 20% of the whole population that is 100 persons. The data collection using four scaletey are retired�s worry scale, palnning retired scale, religiousity, and PANAS (positif affect negatif affect scale). The result of double regretion analysis shows together the impact of retired planning, religiousity, positive affect, negative affect could be the prediction of retired�s worry on 31.3% with R = 0.559 (p = 0.000). the retired�s planning on 6.3% (p = 0.012), religiousity 6.3% (p = 0.013), positive affect 7.2% (p = 0.007), and negative affect 26.3% (p = 0.000).
