This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and crosstabs. Quantitative descriptive analysis is used to describe the respondents' assessment of the competence of teachers and quality of teaching staff and resource implications for the resilience of soldiers of the army, while the crosstabs analysis is used to determine the relevance and quality of faculty competence resources for educators Army soldier resilience. Results of research conducted showed that: Competence lecturer in improving the quality of teaching staff resources is still not optimal, taskactualization is still limited to running the organization's main tasks. Constraints faculty competence and quality of teaching staff resources include general education and teacher education faculty qualifications, penilaian academic standards and curriculum and competency-based education not quantity kecabangan banmin lecturers are still lacking. Implications faculty competence and quality of resources for educators resilience Army soldier with the mastery of competencies that teachers, along with quality resources that professional educators can enhance the ability of the Army soldiers in carrying out their main duty to uphold and protect the sovereignty of the nation state and the entire country of Indonesia and disorders of the threat to the integrity of the nation and the state.
