- This research is a kind of empirical legal research with research tools and guidance interview literature study to obtain data on primary and secondary data. Resolution efforts undertaken by the bank parties and PPAT is through negotiation costs, making a New Power of Attorney to Impose Mortgage (SKMHT) and ask for a new identity card of the mortgage providers.This is done because the mortgage requires the fulfillment of the principle of specialty, among others, the subject must be clear, the object is clear and secured debt referred to in the explanation of Article 11 paragraph (1) Mortgage Act (UUHT).
