The transportation often rising physiological response that interfere homeostatis and body immune system. According to this fact, the aim of this research is to find out the effect of short distance transportation to neutrophil/lymphocyte (N/L) ratio in PE doe. Five adult PE doe ranging in body weight within 25-35 kg were used in research. Doe were transported 35 km for one hour at 10.00 WIB, using an open compartment L300 truck (3mx2m). During transportation eye contact among animal avoided, also did not provided any food nor drinking water. Blood sample taken three times, before transportation, after transportation, and seven days after transportation. The blood samples were withdrawn from jugular vein then made into blood smear speciment. This done to count the amount of leukocyte differential and N/L ratio. The result of N/L ratio are: before transportation 0.797
