- Man power is one of the resources to be a critical success factor in the implementation of the project. As well as on the job Pier R2 up to Abutment A3 on development projects Fly Over (FO) Jombor, the amount of power supply, the type of skills and expertise should follow the changing demands of the ongoing activity. Availability materials and material placement also affects the duration of the work required. For that calculation, planning and scheduling manpower must be adapted to it. Scheduling manpower is used to determine the amount of labor needed in the work of the project and the distribution of labor work schedule. In addition, for the building is safe, appropriate, proper quality and economical, and can be completed as planned.
