  • Provision of adequate foster meat in the city of Yogyakarta became one of the task the Departement of Industry, Trade Cooperatives and Agriculture abattoirs to determine the amount of TPU/RPU who do not have a license based on data taken from the Departmen of Trade Industry and Agricultural Cooperatives city of Yogyakarta in 2012. Retrieval and data collection was done in the Department of Industry, Trade, and Agriculture (DISPERINDAGKOPTAN) Yogyakarta on December 8 to 13 April 2013 by way of direct interview ith the head of Quality Supervision Comodities and Animal Healt, DVM. Endang Finiarti and by means of data retrieval from the database. Abbattoirs that have not been recorded as many as 42 points in the year 2012 is the abattoirs that do not have a license. Supervision is dne by the city of Yogyakarta DISPERINDAGKOPTAN by monitoring poultry slaughterhouse. Benefit of holding oversight abattoirs is overseeing the cutting process, the quality of meat and meat hygiene for the safety of consumers of meat in the city of Yogyakarta.based on the result and discussion of the data obtained poultry slaughterhouse in Yogyakarta less qualified because most of the poultry slaughterhouse does not have a license. All slaughterhouse in yogyakarta should have bussines license to reassure consumers in the consumption of chicken meat. More over,i can also facilitate staff in conducting surveillance without coaching. Monitoring should be done more than once a week.
