- The research that conducted in the Wonolopo village Mijen district Semarang City, aimed to determine the proportion of the community response to the Vocational Rural programs activity and the intervencing factors of it. In research location there were 5 vocation entrepreneurship groups and each groups has 20 members. From each group was taken 12 participants randomly, in order to obtain 60 respondents. Data were analyzed by using proportion test and multiple linear regression. The results showed that most of or 70% of the community has a high response to the program activity of Vocational Rural. Factors affecting the community response to the Rural Vocational program activity were education and community perceptions
