Mastitis is caused by various infectious agents and one of those agents is fungi. Pacitan is regency in East Java that dairy cattle was growth. There are still very few researches concerning fungi done by researchers. Therefore, the aim of the research were to isolate and identify the fungi in dairy cattle milk in Pacitan Regency, East Java. Our sample consists of 56 milk samples from 16 dairy cowtested by California Mastitis Test (CMT) reagent for aims the milks status that are normal, subclinical mastitis and clinical mastitis. Sample was cultured at Sabourauds Dextrose Agar (SDA) media added with chloramphenicol and incubated at 25o C for 24-96 hours, it can be observed macroscopic and microscopic of colony. Identification for mold colony is done by slide culture, whereas the yeast colony was identified using germ tube test. The result showed that presentation of normal dairy milk was 7,14 %, subclinical mastitis was 64,28% and clinical mastitis was 28,58 %. The result showed that 7,14 % normal milk, 64,28 % subclinical mastitis and 28,58 % clinical mastitis. The total of 56 samples milk, 47 samples growth mold and yeast were 58 that consist of mold 20 (34,48%) and yeast 38(65,52%). Mold is consist of 13 (22,41%) Aspergillus fumigatus, 1(1,72%) Aspergillus flavus, and 6(10,34%) Aspergillus niger. Yeast that consist of 25(43,10%) Candida albicans and 13(22,41%) Candida krusei. There is a diffrences between mold and yeast species that found in normal milk, subclinical mastitis, and clinical mastitis. Normal milk can be isolated Aspergillus fumigatus (1,72%), Aspergillus niger (1,72%), Candida albicans (1,72%) and Candida krusei(1,72%). Subclinical mastitis mikcan isolatedAspergillus fumigatus (20,69%), Aspergillus niger (10,34%), Aspergillus flavus (1,72%), Candida albicans (20,69%), and Candida krusei (6,91%) but in clinical mastitis just found yeast species are Candida albicans (20,69%) and Candida krusei (13,8%).
