- Foundation is a part of a building construction for building serves to put forward the load is distributed from top to subgrade. Foundations tructure have to strong to hold this load without the occurrence of differential settlementon the system structure. Generally, the basic foundation soil conditions have varied characteristics, the various parameters that affect the characteristics of the soil such as the influence of ground water resulting in heavy water logged soi lvolume in contrast to land not submerged inwatereven though onthe same type of soil. Each of Soil types with physical and mechanical characteristics provide a different strong value of soil bearing capacity. For soils where the bedrock is very deep, very suitable to use Spun Pile compared to the massive pile
