- More rational and balanced fertilization is one of the key factors to enhance productivity and improve agricultural land especially in organic farming. One of fertilizer needed by crop to nutrient is a goat manure and Azolla. This research aimed to determine goat manure and Azolla on soil chemical properties and NPK uptake in rice fields in Sambirejo, Sragen. This Research was located in Dukuh, Sukorejo, Sambirejo, Sragen and started on April-October 2012. Soil pH, EC, Corganic, CEC, total N, available N, available P, available K and NPK uptake were observed. Treatment were control, 0 tons/ha goat manure + 3 tons/ha Azolla, 0 tons/ha Azolla + 3 tons/ha goat manure, 3 tons/ha goat manure + 3 tons/ha Azolla, 6 ton/ha goat manure + 0 tons/ha Azolla, and 6 tons/ha goat manure + 3 tons/ha Azolla. The results showed 3 tons/ha Azolla combined with goat manure 0 tons/ha, 3 tons/ha, and 6 tons/ha did not give significantly different for pH, EC, CEC, Corganic, Ammonium, Nitrat, total N, available P, and available K. Organic fertilizer increased the content of soil organic matter, total N, plant height, number of tillers, and NPK shoot uptake. NPK uptake of rice roots and shoot highest in goat manure 6 tons / ha goat manure and 3 tons / ha Azolla but did not give significantly different for productivity.
