- Due to the fact that the electricity off frequently caused by the breakdown of the system, in which society disappointed. By detecting the location of the breakdown of the electricity, and giving the information of the location through communication media, SMS is the solution. Through this system, detecting the breakdown location can be done quickly and appropriately, and so does the handling of that breakdown. By doing so, it is hoped that electricity supply to the society is guaranteed
