In preserve process there are some subject task that shall be performed by a planner, one of the plot lubricating oil requirement for heavy equipment up to a year, and plots budget which shall at issues by firm to buy lubricating oil up to a year. The planning system implement up to a year many thing that becomes in count, like the amount of heavy equipment that needs lubricating, heavy equipment component parts that need lubricating, the lubricating volume in their heavy equipment component, and lubricating replacement schedule in their heavy equipment component. Therefore planning system are made annuals. In order to proper lubricating process, need to be count the amount and calculation. Count already being done correctfully and was evaluated by senior maintenance planner before eventual agreemented by center management at Jakarta. The result of lubricating requirement on 2013 as much 2.575.030 liters with buys totaled cost as big as US$ 7.078.760,85. That appreciative estimate will ever be been evaluated on each month up to year 2013.
