- Coffee is a commodity that increases foreign country estates. Coffee products from Indonesia will remain a foreign consumer choice when quality or the quality of the coffee is maintained or even improved. Minimizing defective coffee beans is one way to maintain the quality of coffee beans. Identify the highest disability dried beans aims to determine the type of disability that often occurs as well as to obtain the most dominant factor to allow for the response. Data on the number of defective coffee beans each quality classification obtained by systematic observation and recording every day for a month. Processing is done with a pareto diagram to determine the type of disability and the highest ishikawa diagram to determine the cause of the most dominant factor.
