  • broiler Newcastle Disease (ND) is an accute disease of respiratory system that infects multi-age chicken and makes a huge economic loss. The main control strategy to ND infection is vaccination. This research aims to know antibody titer toward ND disease in chicken which produced from different vaccination programme. t Two hundred day old broiler chickens (DOC) divided into four groups. Group I consist of 25 chickens, in first day undergo priming vaccination with Newcastle-Infectious Bronchitis (ND-IB) live bivalen vaccine via eye drop, added with ND killed vaccine via subcutaneous injection and in 18 days boosted with ND live monovalent vaccine via eyedrop. Group II consist of 25 chickens, undergo primming vaccination with live bivalen (ND-IB) vaccine, then boosted with live bivalent (ND-IB) vaccine in the same route and day with group II. Group III consist of 25 chickens undergo primming vaccination with live bivalent (ND- IB) vaccine, then boosted with live monovalent ND in the same route and day with group I. Group four consist of 125 chicken did not get vaccination and used as control group. Blood sample taken from 20 chickens in each group repetitively for antibody titer examination with hemaglutination inhibition (HI) at 1, 9, 15, 22, and 30 day. Antibody titer result of each group measured with Geometric Mean Titer (GMT) then analyzed with ANOVA method to determine significancy level between treated groups. Antibody titer from different The GMT result showed that group two having highest value among three others group, although analysis result using ANOVA showed non significant different (p> 0,05) among group I,II, and III. Significant result p (0,05) showed by group that having vaccination (I,II, and III) compared to group that having no vaccination or control group (IV). vaccination programme, using live bivalent ND-IB vaccine, killed monovalent ND vaccine, and live monovalent ND vaccine did not produce significant different of antibody titer.
