- Reservation data management in �Woman & Woman SPA� is carried on the ledger and then transferred to Microsoft Excel. Unfortunately, it causes less validity of the data and redudancy in data collection. Process of service reservation in �Woman & Woman SPA� requires a system that can manage service employees, rooms, customers, and reservations data, so it can increase validity and efficiency of data management. SPA service reservation is implemented using Apache Web Service, MySQL database and PHP programming language with CodeIgniter framework. The system has some features including login facility for admin and operator, storing, searching, and data management like services, costumers, employees, rooms and transactions data, presentation and print out of transactions reports and data charts and then logout process.
